TRS

The TRS benefits from Marco’s latest generation of electronic refraction technology. Replacing the standard refractor, it allows practitioners to control the entire refraction process from a keypad small enough to sit in your lap. This keypad also controls the CP-690 Automatic Chart Projector. And because the TRS is completely programmable, all the lenses are moved for you at the touch of a button, taking you to each new refraction step. While convenient for you, it is also helpful if you delegate refractions and want your technicians to perform the refraction steps in a specific order.

Of course, the TRS also offers retinoscopy. Yet another way of arriving at a reliable starting point is by using a Marco Automatic Refractor. Data from these devices is automatically transferred to the TRS, assuring not just a reliable starting point but also a reference point in comparing initial and final refractions. The Automatic Lensmeter can also be connected to the TRS, allowing you to start at the patient’s current prescription, if that’s your preferred methodology.

Evolution

The new Marco Evolution combines the convenience of a wireless, infrared remote control with a price that falls well below that of other automated refraction systems. Thanks to the complete functionality of the remote control, practitioners can remain comfortably seated throughout the course of the entire exam. This eliminates standing, stretching and reaching as well as reducing the threat of repetitive-stress injuries associated with traditional phoropters. As an added convenience, the entire refraction process can be programmed to further increase exam efficiency.

This enhanced efficiency gives practitioners the freedom to significantly increase office throughput while also spending more time diagnosing and consulting with patients. For even greater efficiency, the Evolution can be integrated with Marco chart projectors (CP-670, CP-690, SSC-300, SSC-330 and SSC-350). It also interfaces with autorefractors and lensmeters made by most major manufacturers.

Thanks to a high-contrast LCD display that’s built into the Evolution’s eyepiece, operators have instant access to a wide range of information, including lens setting and presented chart indications. All charts with masks, fogging and other functions can be programmed according to the preferences of the operator. The Evolution also offers a 45-degree visual field, which requires very little patient accommodation. This results in greater measurement accuracy. In addition, power convergence and power PD are automatically adjusted during the near-point test.

ARK-530A

The ARK-530A is an Objective Automatic Refractor/Keratometer featuring SLD (Super Luminescent Diode) making measurements for cataracts and IOLs possible. It also utilizes Zonal Ring Image Method combined with the most sensitive CCD. The ARK-530A is fully automated when aligning, tracking, and focusing on the patient's eye which insures the most reliable and repeatable data for refractive and keratometry measurements. The ARK-530A allows the operator to take peripheral keratometric measurements including sagittal radius and eccentricity values used in corneal evaluations for contact lens fitting and refractive surgery evaluations.

ARK-730A

The ARK-730A is an Objective Automatic Refractor/Keratometer designed for those that require fast, accurate refractions and keratometry readings. Accuracy is guaranteed by our machine, it takes 180 separate Retinoscopy readings (each at 1 degree of axis), while the competition takes three readings, rotates, and then takes three more. The ARK-730A fogs the patient 1.50 diopters to control accommodation and maintain it throughout the measurement process. It also features automatic alignment, focusing, tracking, reading, and a high speed printer.

3D Wave

  • WAVEFRONT ABERROMETER
  • TOPOGRAPHER
  • AUTOMATIC REFRACTOR
  • KERATOMETER
  • PUPILLOMETER

Wavefront Analysis For True Vision Diagnostics:

  1. Optical Path Difference (OPD)
  2. Wavefront High-Order
  3. Wavefront Total
  4. Eye Image Displaying Mesopic and Photopic Pupils
  5. Internal OPD
  6. Refractive Maps
  7. Point Spread Function

The 3-D Wave combines three advanced technologies - plus wavefront analysis - in one easy-to-use refractive diagnostic workstation. Now, with a single device, you can obtain refraction, corneal topography, optical path difference (OPD) and wavefront analysis. The 3-D Wave allows you to evaluate your patient comprehensively, perform refractive and cataract surgery screenings, evaluate postoperative complaints, and determine pathology diagnoses. In short, the system gives you vision diagnostic capabilities that in the past were simply unavailable.

With the remarkable 3-D Wave, Marco gives you an instrument that can evaluate the patient's total optical system. Measuring both low and high-order aberrations on a single axis, the 3-D Wave gives you the power to diagnose patient complaints that simply would not be diagnosed before.
